We try very hard to ensure that all of the prints shown on the site are readily available. Occasionally however, a particular item may be temporarily out of stock. In this case we will ship what we can and keep the rest on back-order for you, unless you tell us otherwise.
Despatch times
We usually ship within three days of recieving an order. Deliveries to UK addresses should arrive one or two working days after this.

Our shipping and handling charges for UK Mainland are £10.00 for orders below £150.00 and free for orders above £150.00.

The destination country of the shipment.
The exact calculated shipping cost for your order will be displayed during the checkout process.
P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Taxes
UK and EU customers will be charged the standard rate of VAT. Other customers will not be charged tax.
Duty
Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and the customs: you are responsible for any duty owed.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. Simply send us an email paragonprints@live.co.uk with 'Order Cancellation' in the subject line. Don't forget to tell us your order number!

Our returns policy is simple: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.

Please note that we're not able to offer different goods in exchange for the ones you return: It simply makes life too complicated. If you want to order something else, please just order afresh from the website.

As soon as we receive your Returns Form or notification, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your order to us.
Once we receive your returned order, we will replace or refund as required. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but please allow 28 days.

Goods must be returned in good condition, carefully repacked in the original packaging. The Paragon Prints '14 day guarantee' does not apply to any business customers. We cannot unfortunately, refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
